Katie Johnson, Lead Teacher Infant and Toddler Classroom:
I have been employed with Bona Vista’s Keys for Kids program for the past 5 years and have had the opportunity to work with all age groups and diversities. I began my experience with Bona Vista working with 2 year olds. A year later I started my adventure working in Special Education and working with 3-5 year olds. I am now excited to be apart of the Infant/Toddler room and I’m ready to see where this new adventure will take me!
Fun fact about Katie: I have been married to my wonderful husband for 18 years and we have 4 beautiful children of our own. I also own 5 Siberian Huskies!
I love Bona Vista programs because I get to be apart of something bigger. I get to watch the children of our program grow and change and become amazing little people. I love being able to help them gain their voice and watch their faces light up when they know they’ve achieved their goals. I love my coworkers and knowing I have a small family away from home that will always have my back.
