Bona Vista is part of a five-year research project examining the effectiveness of a team approach to employment for students with disabilities (those with an IEP), while they are still in high school.

This project is called the Indiana School-to-Work Collaborative.

Bona Vista participates in two of Indiana’s five research site locations: Grant County and Cass County. Providers work with Vocational Rehabilitation and school staff to prepare students and their families for the process of transitioning out of high school and into community employment. Students can participate in job shadows, internships, and paid work experiences.
