Brianne Boles

Brianne provides the highest level of service to the community by assisting with adult programming at Bona Vista. In the past, she worked in public relations and special events. Through development, she worked with local community members and businesses to provide the best mix of donation options, volunteer opportunities and program awareness to meet their preferences and individual needs. Currently, she leads staff to provide quality programs and services to persons served through Vocational, Day, Behavior Management and Industrial Programs. Brianne is responsible for managing adult service areas to assist persons served lead a healthy and meaningful life.

Brianne has expanded her leadership over additional program areas covered by Bona Vista since her career started in 2008. She leads the vocational services, adult day programs-CHIO, PAC, RSPO and Habilitation programs, Industrial Services as well as Behavior Management. She enjoys learning how to make programs function most effectively for the persons we serve.

Community involvement is important to Brianne, and she has served as a member of the Kokomo Noon Rotary Club, SPEA Advisory Board-IUK, 10,000 Degrees of Excellence committee-IUK Alumni Association, Alumni Steering Committee-IUK, Living and Welcome to the Real World Committee-Volunteer Coordinator, INARF- Communications Committee, Membership and Development Committee and Systems of Excellence Committee, Rescue Mission volunteer, Haynes Apperson Committee-Volunteer Chair, United Way Volunteer Action Committee, Shiloh United Methodist Church-Missions and Youth Committee Member. Brianne was awarded the Women’s Business Council Elizabeth Foster Award in 2014.
