Brittnee Smith is the Vice President of Early Learning & Development at Bona Vista Programs. Brittnee oversees the Pediatric Therapy division which includes First Steps services for children birth to three, outpatient physical and occupational therapies and school contracted therapy services.
Brittnee also oversees the Development department which helps to inform the community of the wonderful resources and happenings each day at Bona Vista Programs, plans and coordinates special events and helps to recruit quality staff for the organization. She also helps to fundraise for Bona Vista Programs so these vital resources will be available for another 60 years in the community.
Brittnee is passionate about Bona Vista’s mission and has worked with the organization since 2007. She strongly believes in inclusion for all individuals of all abilities. Each day, someone in Bona Vista’s services is learning something they have never learned before, growing in an area they didn’t think they could grow and being cared for by the highest quality programs that THEY have chosen.
The opportunities that Bona Vista has provided individuals through their 14 core programs is absolutely incredible, and Brittnee is proud to be included in a management team that shares these same beliefs and passions.
Brittnee currently sits on the Interagency Coordination Council for Infants & Toddlers with Disabilities, which was appointed by Governor Eric Holcomb. She also is a co-chair for the Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities’ (INARF) Family and Childhood Section. She is very active in early intervention initiatives. In 2015, Brittnee was awarded the 20 under 40 Award by the Young Professionals Association for being one of Kokomo’s top young leaders.
Brittnee Smith holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Purdue University.
