Join us for a trip to downtown Indianapolis. Our first stop will be the Statehouse. This will be a 30 to 45 minute walking tour of the ins and outs of this beautiful downtown landmark. Come check out where many Bona Vista staff have championed for our persons served, as well as staff! This is a beautiful building with a rich history! Our next stop will be the Library... the architecture is stunning, the books are vast, and the knowledge abounds! Ever wanted to see inside!?! Now is your chance! We will also be having a scavenger hunt about Myths and Legends while we're there! What is a myth? What is a legend? LET'S FIND OUT!! You can partner up, or do some hunting on your own!! Our last stop will be Circle Centre Mall. We'll take a little time and check out this exciting shopping destination right in downtown Indy!! Finally, we will end up right where we started, Bona Vista's Respite House. We will end with dinner and some karaoke fun at the Respite House. Please, be at the Respite house around 8:30AM. We will be leaving for Indy around 9:00AM. The tour at the statehouse begins at 11:00AM sharp. While everything is free, you may want to bring money for lunch, snacks or souvenirs along the way.
