The time has come. I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news for some of you, but warm weather is on its way out and cooler weather is finding its way in. For me, that means jeans and hoodies on the weekends. For some of you, that means boots, vests, and flannel. For others, it means that winter isn’t too far behind and we won’t see you again until April.
Regardless of your position, we love the change in seasons at Bona Vista for a few reasons. The main one for me (being a newbie) is all of the creative art projects and classroom lessons that I’ve had the opportunity to witness. Our teachers are some of the most creative people I’ve ever met. I can’t draw a straight line even when I have a ruler, so I stand in awe at some of the things they come up with.
This post is going to be full of fun pictures because I could never do their creativity justice with words. Just know that from early childhood to adult day programs, I am “fall”-ing more in love with Bona Vista every day. I mean, what’s not to love about apple volcanoes, pumpkin pie homemade PlayDough, and finger paints (which I’ve learned are good for every occasion)?!
Until next time…keep a good view on life!
